'Akbuk Villa' - Summary |

'Akbuk villa' is a new 3 bedroom semi-detached villa, set in a delightful complex on a quiet hillside with stunning panoramic views overlooking Akbuk Bay and the Aegean Sea on the South West Coast of Turkey.
The villa is on the newly developed 'Eclipse-Dolunay' complex, in a small group of 14 properties (i.e. 28 semi detached villa's), which has the added benefit of a large size communial pool and an adjoining childrens pool together with a sun terrace area.
It will comfortably sleep 4 to 6 people in three separate rooms and 2 extra people can be accomodated using the sofa bed on the 1st floor.
Please note that we ask all of our guests to respect our no smoking policy inside the villa.

The two main bedrooms now have air-conditioning installed, and all rooms have double glazing and mosquito nets on all windows. The villa has all mod cons including satellite tv with both turksat satellite (provides some 200 turkish tv channels and a similar number of turkish radio stations) plus hotbird satellite which provides some 700 european TV channels and a similar number of radio stations. There are 10 or so channels in English including CNN, CNBC, EuroNews and BBC World in which you can keep up to date with both English and International news
There is also a Washing Machine, Hoover, Iron and Ironing Board for your use and clean linen and towels will also be made available for you.
Finally, there is a hand water pump which connects to large 19 Litre bottles of fresh water which can be picked up or delivered to the villa by the local supermarket at a cost of just 3 turkish lira (Just over £1!).

1st Floor - Master bedroom complete with air-conditioning, large double bed, bedside tables and a large wardrobe with door leading onto a circular patio overlooking Akbuk Bay.
1st Floor - Large single room with air-conditioning, twin bunk beds, large wardrobe and door leading to patio towards the front of the house (again with fine views of the Akbuk Bay).
2nd Floor - Open room complete with settee bed (large enough for 2 people) and door leading onto large rooftop terrace with its outstanding views of Akbuk Bay. |

1st Floor - Open plan kitchen adjoining the living room on the first floor.
Fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, fitted gas hob with electric oven, kettle and toaster.

1st Floor - Separate Toilet and wash basin.
2nd Floor - Large bathroom complete with wash basin, seat bath, shower, toilet and washing machine. |
| Living Room |
Large open space complete with 3 piece suite with the added benefit of the settee converting into a double bed. Also table with 6 chairs and coffee table, TV and Satellite System.

There is a large Garage area for parking your hire car.

There is a small garden area to the side of the house containg newly planted young fig, apricot and plum trees.

The villa itself is situated on a slight hill-side, the seafront, beaches & supermarket are approx. 10 minutes walk from the villa.
There is also a free hop on/hop off tractor ride ! down and up the hill which is available for the residents and their guests. This currently operates 4 times a day, going down the hill at 9am, 11am, 3pm and 6pm, and returns back up the hill 30 minutes later. The 9am ride down the hill is ideal for getting fresh bread, etc for breakfast from the local supermarket and the 6.30 run is ideal for returning back up the hill to the villa after a lazy day on the local beaches.
There is a local bus service that operates along the sea front between the hours of 8am to 10pm offering a regular service every 15 minutes either to:
1) Akbuk town centre (approx 10 minute journey)
2) to Didim/Altinkum (approx 25 minute journey)
